Why will this be a good fight?

Maidana (35-3, 31 KO) has been counted out alot in the past, Especially against Adrien Broner and Victor Ortiz, but those guys are not Floyd Mayweather jr. (45-0, 26 KO). Maidana also has legitimate losses to Amir Khan and Devon Alexander, two fighters who had significant advantages in speed and craft, as well as the debatable road loss in Germany to Andriy Kotelnik in 2009. But Maidana has always come to fight, too, and it's hard to imagine him giving less than maximum effort on May 3 against mayweather. Even if that just serves to make Mayweather look more spectacular, he's going to show up to fight. Get you popcorn ready, invite you friends and enjoy the fight.
So that's why this will be a good fight to watch so you enjoy and think me later!!
This Access is lock til the day of the fight, It will unlock for you to watch Mayweather vs Maidana live stream a hour before the event.

Boxing promoter Bob Arum never shies away from giving his opinion.
That much was evident in the wee hours of Sunday morning, when the Top Rank CEO gave his thoughts on a potential matchup between his client, Manny Pacquiao (56-5-2, 38 KOs), and undefeated champion Floyd Mayweather Jr (45-0-0, 26 KOs).
Arum was not satisfied with Pacquiao’s revenge victory over Timothy Bradley and isn't pleased with the state of boxing. He also discussed a potential Mayweather vs. Pacquiao showdown.
According to Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix, Arum started by noting the MGM’s decision to put up signs promoting Mayweather’s bout with Marcos Maidana (35-3-0, 31 KOs) on May 3:

The 82-year-old promoter isn’t known for his filter, which was evident when he said the signs were encouraging fans to waste money on “crap”:
Arum hoped the media would bash Mayweather’s clash with Maidana:
He did that to set up arguably the most interesting point of his post-fight comments. Arum believes people should boycott the May 3 bout if they have any interest in seeing Pac-Man and Money step into the ring:

Arum also claimed he is standing by to negotiate the details for this possible superfight between the two biggest stars in the sport:
The promoter wound down with a call to action, urging Mayweather to admit his upcoming fight is nothing more than a tuneup and sign on to battle Pac-Man this coming fall:
While Arum says he is willing to work out the details to get the two marquee pugilists in the squared circle, the odds of it happening are slim.
According to the Jeff Powell of the Daily Mail, Pacquiao’s trainer, Freddie Roach, believes Mayweather will not agree to any sort of fight where his undefeated record would truly be on the line:
Floyd's main concern has become keeping that 0 (for zero losses) on his record. I don't see him taking any real risk of losing that before the end of next year, when he says he's retiring. 'It's not that he's afraid of Manny. No fighters are scared of anybody in the world. It's just that he believes if he goes out undefeated he will be seen as better than greats like Sugar Ray Robinson, who had losses on their records.
Roach went on to note that there was a point about two years ago where it looked like Top Rank and Golden Boy, the company that represents Mayweather’s boxing interests, would actually strike a deal, but things quickly went south.
However, there is still a bit of time to potentially iron out the details of this superfight.
Arum clued Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix in on a two-year contract extension he is working on with Pac-Man, while many, including Roach, believe Mayweather will try to match and possibly even surpass Hall of Famer Rocky Marciano’s 49-0 record before he retires.
Arum is trying to give the fans the matchup they have been clamoring for.
Perhaps we will have a better idea of where Pacquiao and Mayweather stand after the Maidana fight. But Pac-Man is 35 years old, and Mayweather is 37, so time is running out.

Mayweather vs Maidana live stream fight

The four-fight May 3 SHOWTIME PPV event, “THE MOMENT: Mayweather vs. Maidana,” is now complete with the addition of two 10-round bouts. Opening the pay-per-view event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas will be a super middleweight matchup between unbeaten J’Leon Love (17-0, 10 KOs) and former title challenger and Mexican Olympian Marco Antonio Periban (20-1-1, 13 KOs), followed by a junior welterweight bout featuring former three-division world champion Adrien “The Problem” Broner (27-1, 22 KOs) against Carlos Molina (17-1-1. 7 KOs). Note: this isn’t Carlos Molina the IBF jr middleweight champion who is currently incarcerated, but jr welterweight prospect Carlos Molina, whom Amir Khan fought in his comeback fight in 2012. Molina has not fought since the Khan bout.
“I had minor set back but I am back on May 3rd. Everybody needs to understand that I just took a loss. I haven’t lost it,” said Broner. “I’m still ‘The Problem and anyone CAN get it, whether you are AfriCAN, Puerto RiCAN, DominiCAN, CuBAN or MexiCAN.”
“It would be easy for us to simply put a great fight like Floyd Mayweather vs. Marcos Maidana on top of this card and leave it at that, but that’s not fair to the boxing fans that demand and deserve more,” said Richard Schaefer, CEO of Golden Boy Promotions. “So with the rest of this pay-per-view card, we’ve stacked it with an important bout between former world champions Amir Khan and Luis Collazo, the return of one of boxing’s top young superstars as Adrien Broner faces tough Carlos Molina, and an opener between J’Leon Love and Marco Antonio Periban that could produce the next super middleweight world title challenger. It will be an unforgettable night for all boxing fans.
